PETRA recently completed construction of the 87,000 square foot Retail Store & Billing Center in Meridian, Idaho for Norco. The new, 2-story building is Norco’s largest facility to date and sits across the interstate from St. Luke’s Medical Center.

The building consists of over 30,000 square feet of open office space on the second floor, a large showroom, warehouse, 340-stall parking lot, and 16-vehicle loading bay.

Additional features include a spacious lobby, grand staircase, elevator, break room with balcony, clean room, multiple conference rooms, and standing seam metal roof.
