Sustainable building practice takes consideration in all phases, including schematic and preconstruction, during construction, and upon occupancy. Some owners choose to pursue a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification for their buildings, and Petra is prepared and qualified to aid and facilitate green building efforts to any end.
