The Terraces of Boise independent living wings continue to be in various stages of construction; from beginning punch list in the Phase I wings to the rough-in of the mechanical, electrical, and fire systems and drywall activities in the Phase II wings. Punch Lists have been issued for the interior of the country homes. Site grading and landscaping activities continue. Interior framing and MEPF rough-in continues on the Assisted Living and Memory Support Wings. Rough-ins are being completed on the first skilled nursing building and drywall activities continue. The remaining two skilled nursing building are in the rough-in stage.
