The Terraces of Boise project received 2016 Mayor’s Choice Building Excellence Award.

The Terraces of Boise is the area’s first and only retirement community offering a Life Care benefit. They offer a full range of care
services, with residential living, assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care all on one campus.
The Terraces has 10 buildings on 13 acres. With 273 apartments, there are a variety of floor plans to choose from, ranging from
apartment homes to cottages. Homes feature spacious closets and storage, washer and dryer, satellite television and internet
access, as well as many safety and security features. The Terraces also offers a comprehensive array of services and amenities,
including restaurant-style dining, casual dining, a library, full service salon and barber shop, fitness center and more.
