The Sunrise Eleven apartment project in Shoreline, Washington is underway. Utilities around the building are progressing and walls are forming.

The five story apartment building includes a total of 66,758 sf, with 54 parking spaces at the ground level. The project will encompass 60 units from studio sized to two bedroom. The work includes full site improvement, excavation, shoring, structural and post tension concrete, CMU, wood framing, a membrane roof, elevator, with Design-Build mechanical and electrical.
