PETRA is wrapping up the Cost Plus tenant improvement located in the Meridian Crossroads. The project has 18,478 sf of finished space and 12,098 sf of vacant space next door (and available!). The front exterior of the building has went through a large make-over, completely opening the front of space giving the retail chain a new entrance. Cost Plus Work Market features an eclectic array of imported housewares, furniture, decor and specialty foods. The grand opening is scheduled for July 14th.
