Scope: New construction of a preschool built in the Harris Ranch District. Smart Start Preschool interior includes large open play room and learning areas with restrooms, office, and a 342 square foot mechanical room in the attic. This project’s biggest challenge was the time frame and compressed schedule. The project building permit was delayed one month in design review moving the original 3.5 month construction schedule down to only 10 weeks. PETRA completed the project on-time with all hands on deck, helping install furniture and outside playground equipment.
