The Terraces of Boise

The Terraces of Boise is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) comprised of ten buildings on a 13-acre site. It is recognized as the first CCRC in the Treasure Valley to offer the Life Care benefit and received the Building Excellence Award in 2016 by The City of Boise.

Buildings range between 1 and 4 stories of primarily wood-framed construction with approximately 69,000 square feet of steel stud/non-combustible construction.

The main building includes 149 residential units dedicated to independent living, 40 apartments designated for assisted living, and 24 memory care suites, and incorporates over 62,000 square feet of underground parking. The 1- and 2-bedroom apartments are fully equipped with kitchens, washer and dryer, individually controlled heating/AC, and a 24-hour emergency call system.

Additional structures include three, single-story cottages with of 48 skilled nursing beds and six, duplex country homes with 12 residential units for independent living. Each skilled nursing household features private suites surrounding an open kitchen and comfortable living space.

The Terraces of Boise provides over 38,000 square feet of common area. Community spaces feature:
