Ground-up, 2-story facility containing 87,000 square feet dedicated to a retail store and billing center for home medical equipment and industrial supplies. The first floor includes a showroom, warehouse with a 16-vehicle loading bay, administrative offices, and open office workspace areas. The second floor features additional office spaces, conference rooms, training classrooms, and a break room.

Additionally, Petra self-performed the structural and site concrete – placing a total of 2,250 cubic yards.
