The Idaho Humane Society doubled the capacity of their previous campus with the ground-up construction of a new animal care facility with Shelter and Adoption Center, Humane Education Center, Veterinary Medical Center, and Teaching Hospital.

The Shelter and Adoption Center was designed and built with the latest requirements to ensure the health and comfort of pets. Additionally, the Idaho Humane Society is currently the only provider of a formal humane education curriculum to children in the State of Idaho. The campus’ new Veterinary Medical Center and Teaching Hospital enables the Idaho Humane Society’s highly skilled veterinary team to provide basic vaccinations, spay/neuter surgeries, or complicated orthopedic surgeries to assist animals in need. Features of the Veterinary Medical Center include:
