19,000 square foot facility expansion that included the addition of a pre-engineered metal structure containing two indoor tennis courts and cart storage for up to 32 vehicles, one outdoor ATA regulation court, and associated hardscape, landscape and site improvements.

Pool Bathhouse Remodel
Remodel and expansion that added 260 square feet to bathrooms and 170 square feet of covered entryway.

19th Hole Remodel
Remodel of the bar and fitness center, and expansion of the 1st floor exterior deck.

Pool Kitchen & Tiki Bar Remodel
Remodel that included upgrades, MEP systems modifications, and exterior improvements, and the addition of a below grade storage room.

Deck Renovation
Outdoor patio deck renovation that consisted of the removal of existing composite decking, joist corrections, saddle replacements, and the reinstallation of composite decking.

Kitchen Remodel
Remodel that replaced the flooring in the dishwashing area of the main kitchen.
