Since 2010, Petra has partnered with Crane Creek Country Club on various projects, including new construction, renovations, and tenant improvements.

Tennis Expansion

• 18,800 square foot facility expansion that included the addition of a 118′ x 166′ pre-engineered metal structure containing two indoor tennis courts and cart storage for up to 32 vehicles, one outdoor ATA regulation court, and associated hardscape, landscape and site improvements.

Poolside Bar & Grill

• 1,500 square foot remodel that included new finishes, selective millwork replacement, MEP systems modifications, and exterior improvements, along with the addition of a below-grade storage room.
  
• 785 square foot renovation that included the replacement of the composite decking on the outdoor patio.

Clubhouse

• 1,300 square foot tenant improvement that included the expansion of the fitness center and the addition of a ground floor patio deck.
  
• Renovation that included the replacement of 315 square feet of flooring in the main kitchen.
  
• Tenant improvement that added 430 square feet to the men’s and women’s locker rooms.
