Project Administrator – Idaho

We are searching for a highly-skilled, motivated Project Administrator to contribute to PETRA’s growth and assist in maintaining our position as an innovative authority in the construction industry.

The ideal TEAM member will have experience in the administration of commercial construction documents. Working with the Project Team, this position is responsible to provide complete, accurate documentation and cataloging project information to ensure all needs are met for both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize project documentation
  • Review and understand prime contracts from our clients
  • Subcontractor compliance
  • Create plans, specifications, and amendments listing for subcontract agreements
  • Project Close-out

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction
  • MS Suite, Procore, MS Project, BlueBeam experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
