The Terraces of Boise independent living wings continue to be in various stages of construction; punch lists have begun in Wings A, B & C. The Independent Living Commons/Kitchen/Dining is nearing punch list stage.  Phase II comprised of wings D, E, F, G & H have finishes beginning in the most completed wings to rough-in of the mechanical, electrical, and fire systems. Drywall activities continue in the remaining Phase II wings.  Exterior building finishes continue to progress. Site grading and landscaping activities continue.  Mechanical and electrical rough-in work is nearing completion on the first Skilled Nursing building and drywall activities continue. The remaining two Skilled Nursing building are in the rough-in stage.
