New apartment construction in Shoreline, Washington

PETRA begins new construction for Sunrise Eleven Apartments in Shoreline, Washington. The five-story apartment building with approximate 66,758 square feet includes 54 parking spaces at the ground level. The project will encompass 60 units from studio sized to two bedroom. The work includes full site improvement, excavation, shoring, structural & post tension concrete, CMU, wood framing, a membrane roof, elevator, with Design-Build mechanical and electrical.
