The Terraces of Boise is a Continuing Care Retirement Community comprised of 10 buildings on a 13-acre site. It is recognized as the first CCRC in the Treasure Valley to offer the Life Care benefit and received the Building Excellence Award in 2016 by The City of Boise.
Buildings vary between 1 and 4 stories of primarily wood-framed construction with approximately 69,000 square feet of steel stud/non-combustible construction. The main building includes 149 apartments dedicated to independent living, 40 assisted living apartments, 24 memory care apartments, and incorporates over 62,000 square feet of underground parking. The 1- and 2-bedroom apartment are fully equipped with kitchens, washer and dryer, individually controlled heating/AC, and a 24-hour emergency call system.
Additional structures include 3 single-story, skilled nursing cottages comprised of 48 beds and 6 duplex, country homes with 12 units for independent living. Each skilled nursing household features private suites surrounding an open kitchen and comfortable living space.
The Terraces of Boise provides over 38,000 square feet of common area. Community spaces feature:
