Ground-up, 3-story, satellite campus building located in the heart of downtown Caldwell on the banks of Indian Creek.

Areas within the structure include day-lit classrooms, testing center, video classroom center, lecture hall, student activities offices, faculty offices, chemistry and biology lab, bookstore, and ground-level retail space.

TVCC at Caldwell Center incorporates sustainable design and construction principles with a connection to the natural environment, and a strong sense of identity within Caldwell’s historic fabric. In March of 2011, this project earned LEED Gold certification – making it the first building to be certified under the LEED for New Construction & Major Renovations rating system (v2009) in the states of Idaho, Washington, and Oregon.
