Ground-up industrial development comprised of two TIPS insulated, tilt-up flex buildings (one at 35,200 square feet and one at 25,600 square feet) with 19 loading doors.

Additionally, Petra self-performed the site and structural concrete, including insulated tilt-up panel construction using the Total Integrated Panel System (TIPS) – placing a total of 2,900 cubic yards.
