In 2021, Petra completed a full modernization of H.D. Fowler Company’s Bellevue, Washington branch – one of the first of 22 locations to implement their new workplace design standards.

Interior improvements within this 2-story building included removing and replacing casework, finishes, furnishings, fixtures, and equipment – while exterior upgrades consisted of glazing replacements, fascia modifications, and the addition of a raised entrance and a canopy at the second entrance.
