Campus expansion and modernization that included a 32,000 square foot addition that consisted of new classrooms, auxiliary gym, and weight room, plus the renovation of classroom wings, main gymnasium, auditorium, commons area, kitchen, shops, and locker rooms.

Construction was performed in multiple phases on this 168,500 square foot occupied campus and fufilled several District requirements while improving student flow and safety, providing value for the community, creating a state-of-the-art educational environment, implementing a durable, easy to maintain facility, and establishing a sense of place that inspires students.

The school was designed and built according to the green building standards of the Washington Sustainable Schools Protocol (WSSP).
