Site development and construction of a master-planned commerce center that features three 2-story and nine single-story tilt-up concrete buildings, ranging in size from 8,000 to 80,000 square feet. Additionally, Petra performed over  300,000 square feet of tenant improvements within this 12-building campus for various sectors, including office, call center, education, retail, government, healthcare, and workforce development.
