The All Valley Animal Care Center is one of only three veterinary emergency rooms in the country. As general contractor, Petra built this ground-up, 2-story animal care facility that features examination rooms, surgical suites, a treatment area, intensive care unit, post-op recovery area, and full-service animal boarding wing.
