In preparation for Albertsons’ flagship store in Boise, Petra provided general contracting services, including the removal of the asphalt parking lot, demolition of three existing buildings, oil and groundwater management, hazardous materials abatement, installation of water retention basins, and both off-site and on-site improvements. Additionally, Petra managed paving, installed curbs and gutters, and completed landscaping and irrigation work.
