Norco Warehouse Expansion project added 8,843 more feet to its existing Boise warehouse facility. The project includes earthwork, underground utilities, CMU walls, pre-engineered metal building, relocation of existing wall panels, structural steel, doors, hardware, mechanical, fire sprinkler, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Key Component: The expansion is located in an area of the main facility that has extremely limited access. Petra was able to construct the addition and perform the work with all of the site constraints and without disrupting Norco’s operation in the rest of the facility.
