Key Accountabilities
- Provides layout, placement, and finishing of concrete materials while receiving direction from Superintendents, Supervisors, along with input from Carpenters and other Finishers.
- Needs minimal supervision to perform assigned tasks.
- Works with a variety of tools and machines related to concrete construction.
- Duties will include that of a Concrete Laborer and sometimes, that of a Concrete Carpenter.
- Required to have all hand tools needed to perform tasks efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of successful concrete experience.
- Required to know how to provide a variety of troweled and textured finishes.
- Minimum one (1) year experience operating Power Trowels and/or Finishing Machines (i.e. Walk-Behinds, Riders, etc.).
- Thorough knowledge of concrete practices and related safety practices
