Its numerous LEED features include: ample natural lighting by converting truck docks into window bays, high albedo roof (white membrane) to reflect light, and mechanical systems that improve energy efficiency by 25%. The wood beams from the original warehouse were reused in the design. Many other recycled materials were implemented into the design from the steel entry to the roof insulation.
