Ground-up, insulated tilt-up flex building that features 3 private offices, an open office area, a conference room, reception, break room, restrooms, a 685 square foot heated balcony, and 2 grade-level loading doors.

Additionally, Petra self-performed the structural concrete for the insulated tilt-up panel construction using the Total Integrated Panel System (TIPS) – placing a total of 750 cubic yards.
