Ground-up industrial development comprised of two tilt-up flex buildings (one at 31,725 square feet and one at 26,490 square feet) with 14 dock-high and 10 grade-level loading doors.

Additionally, Petra self-performed the site and structural concrete, including tilt-up panel construction  – placing a total of 3,485 cubic yards.
