Green Building
Leadership In Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is a green building certification program that recognizes best-in-class building strategies and practices. LEED certified buildings save money and resources and have a positive impact on the health of occupants, while promoting renewable, clean energy.
PETRA understands the importance of doing our part to help preserve the quality of our environment. Our project management staff are educated by U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), and accredited in USGBC’s LEED requirements.
PETRA offers all clients the opportunity for environmentally friendly building practices. With the increased demand for sustainable structures, PETRA is well positioned to help owners, architects and construction consultants navigate through LEED requirements. Even if a facility will not ultimately be LEED Certified, the PETRA team can help incorporate many systems that bring added value and sustainability to any project.
