Prior to the ground-up construction of a nine-building apartment complex for the Arrive Skyline Apartments, Petra self-performed the structural concrete for eight, cast-in-place irrigation boxes that aided the relocation of an existing irrigation system.

Petra worked jointly with the Bureau of Reclamation, Boise Project, and Ada County Highway District to relocate the Bennett Lateral. This collaborative effort reduced the duration of the permitting process from 6 months down to 1 month.
