The Terraces of Boise Phase Two-A Completes Ahead of Schedule.

Phase One at the Terraces of Boise, a life care, high-density, senior residential project in Boise Idaho is complete. Phase One opened 80 independent living apartment homes and cottages as well as the independent living common areas. Phase Two-A was planned to open this December, however PETRA received the Certificate of Occupancy for Phase Two-A two months ahead of schedule. Phase Two adds 30 additional independent living apartment homes and one 16 bed skilled nursing cottage.
