Regency Wenatchee Interior Work Continues

Interior work continues at Regency Wenatchee assisted living facility. Paint, ceramic tile installation, flooring, and work in the commercial kitchen are underway. The electrical trim and generator install is in process as well as HVAC balancing. The project is on schedule and budget.

The wood framed, single story nursing facility repositioned over 10,000 cu yds of material and structural fills up to 12 feet deep.  The site is retained by 6,500 square feet of retaining walls. The project includes: exam rooms, therapy/gym room, 17 semi private rooms, 20 private rooms, full kitchen, dining & laundry facilities.  Exterior consists of painted hardi-plank siding with a cultured stone wainscot veneer, composition roofing with TPO membrane roofing in the mechanical wells. Architect on the project is Jensen Fey Architecture & Planning.
