Site development and construction of a master planned commerce center that features three 2-story and fourteen single-story tilt-up concrete buildings, ranging in size from 3,750 to 135,000 square feet. Additionally, Petra performed over 465,000 square feet of tenant improvements within this 17-building campus for various sectors, including office, call center, retail, food preparation, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, and workforce development.
